Our Nevada Baptist Convention is planning Equip Conference 2025 for Saturday, March 8 at FBC, Sparks.
Equip is a conference designed for anyone serving in the local church and offers leadership training in a wide array of ministry areas. Whether you are a pastor, volunteer, deacon, or church staff, Equip has something to help you become a better leader.

Pastors' Connect
Our Nevada Baptist Convention has some special things planned for this Pastors’ Connect.
One of the guests will be Dallas Bivins from Gateway Seminary. He will share about the second semester of our Gateway Seminary Classes and encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity we have with Gateway.
Our NBC will share more information about the upcoming EQUIP Nevada Conference on March 8th and will also have a time of encouragement from one of our local pastors.

Lovely Women's Conference
The Lovely Women’s Conference is hosted by Granite Hills Baptist Church. It’s a time to worship, fellowship, and an opportunity for women to dive into what God’s Word has to say about being female. Evangelism Training
The North American Mission Board recently launched a new Evangelism Kit, available in both English and Spanish. In partnership with the Nevada Baptist Convention, NAMB is hosting an Evangelism Training at South Reno Baptist Church, Reno, Nevada. We will explore the four-phased approach of Examine, Embrace, Engage and Encourage.
Participation is free, but individual registration is required. We will also enjoy a catered, hot meal, and each participant will receive an Evangelism Kit!

Our association is hosting an event for the pastors in our network of churches. Join with pastors and staff members and their families for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship, starting at 5:30 p.m. at Mira Loma Park in Reno.
Mission Dignity Sunday
Churches and believers across the nation join together for an annual one-day giving event to support retired Southern Baptist ministers, workers and their widows in critical financial need through the ministry of Mission:Dignity.
SBC Annual Meeting
This is a great opportunity for us to experience four full days of equipping and inspiration. With nearly 200 ancillary meetings, events, and gatherings throughout the week, we can connect with leaders and laypersons from around the country and be encouraged, equipped, and mobilized for kingdom work.
Children's Ministry Sunday
This is a day set aside by the SBC to express gratitude to God for the ministry churches provide to children and their families. It’s also a day to recognize children’s ministry volunteers.
Youth Worship Night
The 2024 SBA Youth Worship Night will bring together youth from across the area to learn more about what it looks like to live for Jesus in their homes, schools, and workplaces. The event is Friday, May 17 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Fellowship Community Church. There will be games, food, testimonies, prayer, and worship.
